58 Lane Park, Boston, MA 02135neighbor construction of new house at 52 Lane Park Brighton .and they dropped their grade on driveway along my property put a short wall even to our grade and their drop off is dangerous more then 3 foot fall hazzard with no fence or guardrail The Drop-off Point: the neighbor altered their grade now its dangerous. eroding our soil.Safety & Permits: Local municipalities often require a permit and safety guardrails/fences for drops over 30 inches to prevent fall hazards..when we cut the grass we almost fell down with the lawn mower .please help thank you
