    The bridge closure at Canterbury and rerouting down Rowe needs looked at. While Seymour street seems to have right of way, people coming down Rowe treat Rowe as the right of way. If this is the case, the signage could be improved. This is particularly dangerous for anyone coming down Seymour towards Canterbury, since people fly around that curve.
