    Three street lanterns on Comm Ave (between Fairfield and Exeter) need attention…..222 broken light bulb fixture inside the lantern, 218 burned out bulb, 202 wind blown lantern cover….this one reported twice before…..slant getting worse….high winds yesterday made it worse.
