    6 Foster St, north end. Trash/recycling taken out way too early. Plus a lot of trash left on the street from Monday’s trash day, since the seagulls that are bigger than my dog like to pick open trash bags. It’s time to have north end get trash bins that are seagull-proof. (Note: the seagull photo is from Sunday at 6pm.)

    Illegally parked non resident car in resident parking permit zone, during the hours of 8am thru 6p. This car does not move during the day or night. Has been parked between house #2 and #6 Regan Road for 8 days. Request to send out a Boston Parking endorser between 8a-6p.
