44-46 Soldiers Field Pl, Boston, MA 02135It is July 4th yet again I am dealing with noise from the dog's upstairs from my unit. Please be advised that one of the dogs that Bruce Irving has in Unit #305 is big enough to keep making loud impact noise and when he jumps off his bed. The other thing is please get me to someone who is going to help. Animal Control is saying the dogs are not big dogs they are big. They are making loud noise so why is it they are telling me there is nothing they can do. Is it not there job to hold him accountable? Because if this tenant was told he would lose his animal's it would've been resolved a long time ago. The building I live in will not help they are retaliating against me for taking them to housing court. Now it is the city's job to stop this tenant from harassing me with his dogs. Animal control keeps conduling him like he is doing nothing and I know that it can't be ok after all the videos I sent as evidence. I don't want to keep making complaints but I have no other choice. Next MCAD and Housing court are going to want to know why no one helped with a tenant harassing another with there dogs.
