Broken Park Equipment

The spinning ride at Garvey Park has been broken for at least two years. It’s off its track -and when someone turns it it lurches. Today I saw a small child go flying off it when an adult tried to turn it. Can this please be repaired? This is a very busy park and someone is going to be hurt.
