The crosswalk at Lincoln and Kneeland takes too long to turn on for pedestrians. In particular walking along Kneeland going west and crossing Lincoln.

Traffic light not changing. This morning it took 3 minutes for the light to turn green for people on North Beacon turning left or right. Just now it took at least one minute. In the morning, There were barely any cars even driving on the cross street, and North Beacon was backed up to the housing units. When it does turn green for people on North Beacon, only four cars can go through. This is not the first time I have been stuck on North Beacon at an extended green for the other cars, with no cars passing. Please fix this. Thanks in advance.
