Illegally Blocked Sidewalk
278A-280 Shawmut Ave, Boston
Bey (restaurant at 280 Shawmut Ave) put this bench on the sidewalk. Is this permitted to be here? It obstructs half the sidewalk, blocking the way for wheelchairs, strollers, and neighbors walking their dogs.
