Attention BTD. Zone Numbers missing on blocks in Back Bay post installation of new meter systems. Zone numbers are not close enough to some of the newly installed meters. Residents and visitors are struggling to park while using Park Boston App as it requires a Zone #. We believe more than 1 location is affected in Back Bay and request BTD to preview more areas to ensure signs are evenly distributed. This location; Marlborough Street, Southside at Clarendon St. corner (nearest street address is 92 Marlborough St). Resident tried to find the required Zone # to then pay meter via Park Boston App. It appears the Zone sign is not posted near this corner, nor in middle of block. Resident gave up and was forced to move car earlier than needed. I found the Zone # later at far end of block outside First Church of Boston #66 Marlborough St. Zone # is supposed to be 476 and placed evenly on block. The block needs one or preferably two additional signs, evenly distributed on the block to be reasonably accessible. PLEASE NOTIFY BTD ASAP. Thank you!

I reported this last week with no resolve. It appears to have gotten worse. One would consider falling object a liability. Perhaps ai needs to be incorporated into this app for prioritization on safety hazards. For example, I reported bricks buckling from a building in the financial district in July - you guys did nothing - then, a few days later the top of the building collapsed in the street and it was the top news story of the day. Luckily nobody was hurt or killed. That entire risk could have been avoided had someone or ai been paying attention. This app is terrible btw

Car with license plate 74GD38 is consistently parked in a handicapped parking space at New Mission High School without a handicapped placard or plate. This has been ongoing since last year and has made the building inaccessible for those with disabilities who cannot find parking.
