517 Columbus Ave Colette Cafe. Reference is made to the Outdoor Dining Program for 2026 page 9 which states "Maintenance - Permittees are responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the area inside and around the outside of the patio zone". Page 26 goes on to state "Permittees are responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the area inside and around the outside of the patio zone. The area must be kept clean of trash, food and other debris." As you can see from the photos this is not happening. They are not in compliance. The patio zone has not been kept clean in over a week. Please revoke Outdoor Dining License for 2026, remove patio immediately and ban future applications. This is a residential and historic neighborhood.Thank you.
