Xavier auto repair shop is operating beyond its permitted scope, functioning as a body shop, car wash, auto parts vendor, and junk yard. As of today, a generator-powered water hose has been running continuously since approximately 8:00 AM, creating excessive and disruptive noise for nearby residents. This reflects a broader pattern of disregard for the surrounding community. I am requesting inspection, enforcement of proper business regulations, and clear oversight to ensure compliance, noise control, and accountability moving forward.
