    MA 4DWH33 ... I totally get people smoking in their cars with the windows up. These girls have the windows rolled down and you can smell the smoke in a block in every direction, from Sagamore to Dot Ave. This isn't what people voted for. People still need to be arrested for public marijuana smoking in residential neighborhoods. Follow the giggling and screaming to find them if they've moved.
