This is about roadway: Safety Concern: Roadway Vibration and Possible Pavement Settlement : Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report a concern regarding roadway conditions at the intersection at Washington Street & Oak Square Ave in Brighton. Since utility work was performed at this location last fall 2025, I have been experiencing significant vibration and noise whenever vehicles pass, especially at higher speeds. The impact is strong enough that my apartment noticeably shakes, including furniture such as my bed. There is also a loud, hollow or rumbling sound coming from the roadway, which was not present prior to the work. In addition, the roadway at that spot appears to be sinking or uneven. This issue is most noticeable in the westbound lane of this two-way street. When vehicles—especially buses—pass over that section, they hit the uneven area and cause stronger shaking and louder rumbling to my apartment. The vibration is also noticeable through the floor, and I can feel it while sitting on the couch. The frequency and intensity of these vibrations have been disruptive and are causing ongoing stress and concern. It feels like a giant person hurriedly stumping on the floor. My roommate from California when she moved in was awaken up startled at night, she thought it was an earthquake, like the one they have in CA I have also noticed that some of my newly installed windows have become misaligned<truncated>
