Intersection Of Wistar Pl And Elm St, Charlestown, MaThere are two signs here. The top sign is for a construction project where nothing is going on right now. It has been posted for over a month and is taking up three spaces. There has not been anything here for over a week. The other sign is for tree work that was completed yesterday. It is posted till Friday. Can someone please remove the signs as parking is tight and it’s unreasonable for contractors to be reserving spaces when there is nothing going on.
