121 Warren Ave, BostonSome vehicle, likely a truck, has knocked off a large plastic cable / wire guard off of a pole in the alley behind 121 Warren Ave 02116, and a number of thick Xfinity/Comcast cable tv wires (per Eversource) are exposed and loose. I had submitted a previous 311 request regarding this issue (#BCS-00358351) and EverSource just called me to say that this is a cable TV problem and not a electrical wire problem. Kindly advise Xfinity/Comcast about this issue. Thank you!
