    Bruce Irving in Unit #305 dogs are dropping balls above my unit waking me from my sleep at 6:02a.m. I have complained to the city numerous times about how this tenant is letting his pets violate the noise ordinance but there is nothing being done about it. This is affecting my health as I am disabled and is exaserbating my illness. Please help if possible. Thank you.
