Follow-Up: Case #101006162750 – Open Utility Hole This case was closed as “not BWSC,” but the open hole is still there and is a serious tripping hazard. It’s in the public right-of-way at Norwood St. & Conley St., so someone in the city is responsible. Please refer this to the correct department or let me know who can fix it. Closing the case without action doesn’t resolve the safety risk.
