Management (Heath Properties) routinely leaves uncontained garbage, industrial waste, and overflowing trash bags in common areas and disposal spots for weeks. This chronic neglect has caused foul odors and a severe pest infestation spreading into residential units. This is a repeated public health hazard. Requesting immediate Code Enforcement inspection and maximum fines issued to management for illegal trash accumulation. Our most vulnerable population couldn't adequately navigate this obstacle. This population is the visually challenged and the physically challenged populations
