    I filed a complaint on or about 1-2 weeks about the garbage trucks not coming down the alley to collect the garbage as had always been the practice. This has lead to some rolling a few of their receptacles up the alley for emptying. Others remain to heavy to roll up and left undone only exasperating the Rat problem. I was informed that the matter had been forwarded to public works. Today again the same thing happened. And, per usual the receptacles have been left at the entrance to the alley blocking access by the garage collectors. Their failure to do it the right way has led to this inconvenience, blocked access to the alley and made the Rat problem worse. I have also not gotten any response from public works.
