This is the 2nd time this week I have had to report a violation for this. Thr owners did not clean this up after receiving their violstion. NOTE: for violation citations, the building ownership has changed. 86 Charles St is now owned by CEI Real Estate, LLC. Located at 101 Federal St, United 1900, Boston, 02110. __________ ADDRESS/LOCATION NOTE: Address is 86 Charles St in Beacon Hill but the BINS ARE LOCATED BEHIND THE BUILDING in between Mount Vernon Square and Pinckeney Street, in Public Alley 301. 86 Charles is in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mount Vernon Sq-- the location is in between the white and tan patio fences of these buildings. 86 Charles is a black door with 86 on it. Cars may be parked in front of it.. _________ Owners repeatedly refuse to manage trash properly, even though it attracts rats, bugs, and smells into my apartment, which is next to the trash bins. I have tried addressing this with the old ownership for 3 years and the new ownership,.and both refuse to do anything depsite violating multiple health and safety CMR 410s.

Please considering painting a crosswalk across Highfield Road at metropolitan ave. I believe there are ADA compliant ramps. There are 2 bus stops (and the Met Ave crosswalk) nearby so many people are crossing Highfield road but drivers sometimes careen around the corner or roll through the stop sign. Perhaps having the lines painted could help.

Three trash bags (not ours) were left on Tuesday in our stairway at 11 Anderson Street. They look similar to bags that are often placed out on this block of Anderson Street, though not sure whose.
