    A trash bin has been abandoned in front of our building for two weeks. It is not ours, and does not appear to be any of our neighbors'. Star Waste Management has not responded to three requests to remove the bin. Trash is overflowing and this bin is not emptied by our trash service. There is litter strewn and rodents will become a problem. Please haul away the entire bin. Feel free to fine Star Waste Management if necessary. They've made a mess of our corner.

    Few of the handicap spots were clear of snow. I found one- it was a non-marked bike lane. I am a disabled veteran- my ticket $100
