Centola St & Leo M Birmingham PkwyI don't know what genius figured this out but the new traffic signals at Lincoln, market and leo Birmingham parkway are an accident waiting to happen. The light configuration should never have been changed! Leo Birmingham and Lincoln Street should NOT have the green light at the same time!!!!!
