A black Hyundai with Massachusetts plate AYAY77 is illegally parked in a no-parking striped area and is completely blocking my vehicle from exiting a legal parking spot. I am fully blocked in and unable to leave. You can see from the photo that no one is in the car, they just left the light on. location is in front of 900 Beacon St Unit A, Boston, MA 02215. Please help punish this person, thank you so much for the justice!
