    On Friday, 1/16/26, this case regarding the truck was closed with the note that the vehicle was “not at the location.” This is incorrect. The vehicle has been parked in the exact same spot since November 2025 and has not moved in nearly three months. It continues to take up parking needed for families with young children who live in the building. This vehicle appears to be abandoned, and the previous closure was inaccurate.
