    There is a male and female who are out here every single day smoking 1 million cigarettes and just disposing them on the sidewalk. Is there anyway that this could be cleaned up and maybe a sign that says don’t throw your disgusting cigarette butts in front of a dog park and a park for kids where people live. Thank you 🙏🏽
