Public safety issues: The vehicle drove rapidly from beside my car to the front. As it reached the front, multiple large chunks of snow and ice, approximately 8 inches by 4 inches, fell from the roof of the moving vehicle. One of the ice chunks struck my windshield directly with significant force, creating a severe impact and an immediate safety hazard. The force of the impact was substantial enough to cause me to fear for my safety. I then observed that snow and ice continued to fall from the same vehicle, impacting at least two vehicles ahead of me as well. This incident posed a serious and ongoing danger to surrounding traffic and drivers.
