Another needle, same spot. The needle is on the public dock BEHIND the Barking Crab restaurant (you need to go down to the dock THROUGH the restaurant): Stand facing the entrance/front door of the Barking Crab restaurant, look to the left for a pathway labeled "Marina". Walk down the hallway, turn right and walk down the gangway. Turn left, then turn left again, then walk straight towards the fire extinguisher. The needle is on the floating barge. Thank you
