1615 Commonwealth Ave, Brighton, Ma, 02135Naked man (pants and underwear down) standing in the front staircase on the 4th floor of the given address at 2:30pm today (5/3). He may be a tenant of the building but he was looking out the window so we didn't see his face. Posed no threat but could be a mental health concern and may make residents feel unsafe. Apartment building's office is not open on weekends so they won't see my report til tomorrow. Here is a description of what he looked like: -White man -Blond shoulder-length hair, balding/thinning, not grey -Approx 5'10" -Medium-large build -Approx 50 y/o -Wearing a dark-colored puffy jacket with his pants + underwear down (light blue) -Smelled like cigarettes. I also want to report a foul and concerning smell (urine, cigarettes, earthy/moldy/mildewy) on the 4th floor in the closed-off hall by the front staircase. I'm wondering if the two incidents are connected and if a wellness check should be performed on the tenant(s) living in that area. The smell has been present for months. Thank you!
