17 Ashley St, BostonI live on Ashley St in JP, a street that is currently surrounded by construction. There are signs posted on Armstrong, Hoffman, Chestnut, and Mozart saying we cannot park there 7am-5pm Monday through Friday until October 11. However the residents in our neighborhood have cars that need to go somewhere, especially on street cleaning days, and it is abundantly clear that the city is not actually doing work on all these roads all at once. I’d appreciate some clarity and specificity on which roads are being worked on which days, and guidelines for where everyone in our neighborhood can safely park our cars in the meantime. I also am wondering if street sweeping is still happening in our neighborhood, and on what schedule, during this time.
