    283 Chelsea St, East Boston, Ma, 02128

    Rodents, rat issue. I have no way of contacting the owner of building 283 but in their backyard it is not cleaned up and there are rats. They are coming into my backyard and I put down beach stations and other things to help mitigate the issue, but their backyard is not cleaned.
