Bucket drummer David Bowdre whose ignorant, ridiculous behavior of drumming well past 11pm ET at night by the side entrance of TD Garden (blocking the street, by the way) is back at TD Garden after having been asked to leave 3 months ago. His drumming is way above 70 decibels, constantly drums past 11pm ET, keeps INFANTS up at night. Such a noise & overall safety concern (as he’s asking for money, always has a bunch of strangers gathered in front of him) to the West End neighborhood.
