Improper Trash Storage

16 Fowler st second floor residence Rose Rene and others who occupied the apartment left a major amount of trash. The property owner is not doing anything about the issues or isn’t receiving the citation to clear up the problems. The smell is extremely bad and it’s creating a hazard to have a clear path way just in case of an emergency The issues keep getting worse and there is no resolve happening. It has been way over a month and it’s increasing the rat issue. Trash day was today and the residents left their trash on the side on the house.
