12 Hinckley St, Dorchester, Ma, 02125Their is an illegal Airbnb operating at 12 Hinckley St Dorchester, as the owners do not reside there and the guests are routinely stay for only a couple of days at a time rather than the 10 day minimum that is supposed to be the rule in Boston. The neighborhood must routinely deal with issues with the guests parking across sidewalks, parties and noise. The owners have never attempted to engage the neighbors so we have not way to contact them to address them directly. With the shortage in housing this is an example of home that was taken off the market rather than available to multiple families. What can be done to address this issue?
