    Yesterday, March 25 El Pache restaurant trash was picked up between 5:15 AM and 5:30 AM. On the agreement with the licensing board the trash is supposed to be picked up no earlier than 6 AM no later than 7 AM.. Last week on Wednesday the trash was picked up at 2:30 AM and when the gentleman was done with the trash, he relieved himself right on the street. Disgusting! There is absolutely no consideration for the people who live in this neighborhood. If you ask me, that’s sad.
