Occupancy Permit (OCCU-1784799) has been issued only for a stand dumpster at the curb. Despite this, multiple additional parking spaces are being held with cones for contractor vehicles, and residents are not able to use these spots. A dumpster permit does not authorize reserving extra parking spaces or blocking resident parking. Any additional curb space requires separate permits, which are not posted here. This is a misuse of a dumpster-only permit and should not be allowed to displace resident parking.

There is a dead tree on the neighboring property next to my house, the HOA still has not removed the tree. The tree is at serious risk of falling onto my house during another windy storm. This past storm multiple large tree limbs fell onto my property nearly missing my house, the tree is visibly dead at the bottom. Please help with this issue before my house suffers significant damage. The tree is located on the property of 241 response valley pkwy, Hyde park. My house is 6 Colchester st, Hyde park. The tree is right on the other side of my fence bordering our properties
