    Wait, what? Homeowners responsibility? We were assured, at multiple neighborhood meetings, that this new green space created by the reconfiguration of Pleasant Street, would be maintained (by the city or by the contractor.) Now you are saying it is the homeowners responsibility? Like, the residents of the three deckers - with no yards - have access to lawn mowers? If that is your stance, then please issue the homeowners tickets for failing to maintain the space. Let’s see how that goes over with Dorchester residents who are tired of being ignored.
