    State Lab noise! The state lab by Forest Hills and the arboretum is blasting loud fan noise over the surrounding neighborhood. They agreed years ago under pressure from the neighborhood to tamp down the noise, but the facility has been undergoing a lengthy renovation in recent years and suddenly the noise jumped back up just a few days ago. They seem to have forgotten their agreement.
