    The first floor, rear unit of 60 Lubec St, East Boston has a grill on a wooden back deck that they are actively using. This is in close proximity to the building as well as the building next door (62 Lubec) which also has a wooden back deck. There were visible open flames within the grill and there is concern about a fire starting from this.
