500 Cambridge St, BostonRegarding the Jackson Mann Community Center: We would like for the site to remain as a community center and school or other community serving center. This area is overwhelmingly congested as it is and more housing will only add to the lack of parking and rodent problem we currently face on a day to day basis. Young families move out of the area because of the lack of schools nearby. We have filled out several surveys over the years, and as you know, Allston has a high turnover of residents due to the college student population. The answer will change each time, if you ask enough times. Please consider not adding housing to this site. The Jackson Mann has served this community well as a center and school and we would like to see it stay that way.

Traffic Signal Request
Albany St & Frontage Rd
Light cycle makes it nearly impossible to turn left from Albany to turn left again to I90 and I93. Cars from opposite side of Albany also block intersection which does not allow cars to proceed straight onto frontage road to I93 south.

Parked illegally on sidewalk and blocked ramp only to take pictures of another vehicle parked illegally. Driver should be the change he wishes to see.
