541 Columbia Rd, Dorchester, Ma, 02125 (Inactive)I ordered a steak and cheese sub through DoorDash from this restaurant. Upon taking a bite, I discovered a long hair baked directly into the sandwich. The hair was deeply embedded in the food, not something that could have fallen in after cooking, making it extremely unsanitary and a serious food safety hazard. This is a clear violation of food safety and health standards. I could not eat the meal, and this incident raises significant concerns about hygiene and proper food handling at this restaurant. I am requesting that this matter be investigated by the Boston Inspectional Services Department and appropriate action be taken to ensure the restaurant complies with health regulations.
