Snow Plowing/Salting
41 Michigan Ave, Dorchester, Ma, 02121This is a follow-up report. The required 3-hour clearing window has long passed — it has now been approximately 48 hours since snowfall ended, and the sidewalk remains uncleared. There are no signs of the landlord or property owner taking action to shovel, salt, or make the sidewalk safe. The walkway is still heavily blocked by snow, slush, and ice, making it dangerous and difficult to pass. The curb ramp remains obstructed, creating a serious ADA accessibility issue for wheelchair users, elderly residents, parents with strollers, and anyone with mobility challenges. The ground is icy, slippery, and untreated, posing a high risk of falls and injuries. This landlord has a pattern of neglecting snow removal responsibilities, and the conditions continue to endanger public safety. Immediate enforcement and corrective action are requested.
