Pavement cross walk at 580 chelsea street unnoticeable. Runs an actual risk of getting struck by distracted, and poorly skilled drivers. Using hi visibily vest and flashlights on strobe have proven ineffective. More signage on each sidewalk with flashing lights to notify pedestrian intention to cross.
