👏👏👏👏 ATTENTION ATTENTION, RESIDENTS OF THIS GREAT CITY, CITY OF BOSTON. ON BEHALF OF THE UPHAMS CORNER COMMUNITY , FORMER EMPLOYEE OF YOUTH SERVICE GANG PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAM AND A DISTINGUISHED VETERAN; WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO COMMEND AND THANK OPERATION MANAGER ROBERT LAMBADI, HEAVY TWO OPERATOR MR. SMITH, NEW KID ON THE BLOCK JONATHAN, THE SUPERVISOR AND CREW THAT CAME OUT TO OUR COMMUNITY AND GAVE US PEACE. In short, we had two Boston Water and Sewer manhole covers that were the causation of the incredible noise nuisance situation. These noise nuisance creating manholes, kept the community awake. These manhole covers were negatively and detrimentally affecting the community's safety while decreasing the quality of life for everyone. These ridiculous noise nuisance creating manholes especially affected a retired veteran of the United States. A single phone call to Mr. Lombardi rectifies this issue within a reasonable time. We thank the crew that came out to fix these manhole covers on that very very cold day and we commend Robert for his outstanding community engagement and service. We now sleep comfortably, completely and quickly. GREAT JOB CITY OF BOSTON, BOSTON WATER AND SEWER COMMISSION.
