    Please see the attached images of the needle spotted on the ground at the Esplanade. Noticed it on the ground in the grass next to the bench pictured. There is also slight graffiti on the bench, which may help in identifying the area when going for disposal. For more of a location description, this bench is near where the Owls Nest area usually is, and it is also facing the riverfront right along the walking path.
