173 W Second St, South Boston, Ma, 02127Loud humming noise at night. I think it may be a generator or idling vehicle, near construction on west 3rd and B street. Consistent over 2 nights so far, lasts for hours. Currently going at 11pm.

Our neighbor at 1144 Bennington St is throwing pee outside the third floor window almost every night onto our outside steps. I reported it to our landlord and they have contact the landlord at 1144 but it continues to happen. I also witnessed it so I know it was someone at 1144 is just throwing a cup of pee out (I wasn’t able to see who just the top of their head). The smell lingers too so multiple times a day I have to walk through this. It’s disgusting and a health hazard.

Block by Block contracts require ambassadors to maintain an active, visible presence by circulating throughout assigned areas and proactively assisting the public. Remaining confined to a booth without patrolling or engaging riders is generally inconsistent with contractual performance expectations.
