I’ve already made about five reports since in regards this person putting cones out, holding parking spots now everybody’s feeling entitled that they could put cones to whole parking spots. And if there’s no parking on the street, and you move the cones, this lady will come out, screaming at whoever move the cones feeling like she owns the public streets harassing people that why have we moved their cones when she has a driveway telling people that she’s handicap and like I’ve told her once if you’re handicap, you need to go to downtown and get a handicap pass and put it in the front of your house now a lot of people are feeling that it’s OK to put cones outside their homes in whole parking spots and this needs to stop because this is now and I could just imagine when winter starts and before a serious situation goes down this situation needs to be solved
