    Dead rat at 58 South Russell Street. I reported to dead animal pickup. Bags of trash at 58 to 52 South Russell Street are always chewed through by rats before trash collection. I reported a dead rat at 3; South Russell Street yesterday. We gave rats all over South Russell Street and Holmes Alley. Thank you.
