Pest Infestation - Residential
2 Brooksdale Rd, BrightonPile of trash has been here for weeks now. Rats are running in and out of it. Trash bins have been overflowing and not brought to the curb regularly. Owner has been texted, no response. City has already cited him for overflowing trash bins, but a $25 fine is not going to make an impact. Mesut, the owner, rents one of the apartments as an illegal AirBnB. He doesn’t actually live here but lists this as his primary address. He is never here though. He owns the Lavash Retirement in Fresh Pond, and told me that he actually lives somewhere else.
