    ALL STAR commercial truck has been illegal parked since 6pm. Alongside with the other trucks on Sycamore street. This truck is parked on BPS property in front of a clear sign that indicated no over night parking or NO parking at anytime. On the side of 81 Sycamore Street connected to school property
