    229-233 Kelton street Boston trash throwing on the floor even though the trash bins are empty next to it. They were throwing in front 63 Woodstock apt B door creating rats, flies and unsanitary living conditions. Despite constantly telling residents to throw trash in bins. They have been doing it for over a month.
