37 Winthrop St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129
Description: This morning, 12/09/25, a Capitol Waste Services trash truck (Truck #317, MA plate V58-067) was driving the wrong way down Winthrop St in Charlestown between 7:48–7:58 AM. I was traveling the correct way on this one-way street with my children in the car. Instead of allowing me to pass safely, the driver intentionally blocked my vehicle in the roadway for about 10 minutes and continued to move in ways that prevented me from getting by. This was unsafe, intimidating, and completely inappropriate behavior for a city trash contractor on a residential street. I am requesting that the City investigate this incident, review truck camera footage if available, and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken.
