25 Ferrin St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129I reside on a dead end streets, with 2 hour parking available, sadly cars that are not permitted and/or tag after 2 hour limit has now become a home for their vehicles...Sunday nights snowstorm they shovel their vehicles out, throw snow wherever they chose and bring their vechicle back to park (white VW Jetti LYHF47) being one the other with New Hampshire plates.
