    Rats coming from 80 E. Brookline St , Unit 1 onto my property and dying. Appears owner hired some person(s) to clean up and apparently there is a hole on the cement platform adjacent to my property and seems they used rat poison in tgat hoke. Once again flies are abundant where a dead rat currently lays.
