    Hello, A vehicle was parked in the designated Consulate parking space on the corner of Pearl St and Purchase St, today 11/26/25 forcing our driver to park the official Consular vehicle in another space, while the civilian vehicle occupied the Consulates spot. We'd like to register this occurrence with 311 as it occurs frequently with civilians parking in the designated space reserved for the Consulate General of Brazil in Boston.
