517 Columbus Avenue Colette Cafe. Refer to page 13 #2 Barriers of the Outdoor Dining Program for 2025 which states "Barriers and other materials cannot be placed over utility access points or street light pull boxes or in a way that interferes with storm drains." As you can see from the photos the barrier is interfering with the proper water drainage. Please investigate fine revoke and remove Outdoor Dining patio immediately. Thank you.
