In the North End, South End, and Beacon Hill, it operates from March 1 to December 31. Nighttime Street Cleaning: This program cleans main roads, arterials, and commercial roads year-round How to find your schedule and get alerts. Around 31 weeks ago a complaint complaint #101006022347 was filed against these people and it is still open and no action has been taken. They get food given to them under false pretenses saying it will be given free to poor people but take the food and then charge the poor people. They demand poor people who cant afford food make a "donation" to them, make people feel uncomfortable and unworthy of food if they dont give them money. The names of several people who witnessed this were listed in the original complaint. This should be stopped so the donations of free food goes to the people for whom it was intended. At a minimum they should be required to post on their postings no "donation" required and they should be required to stop making people feel uncomfortable if they dont give them money,
