Traffic light is turned toward the wrong direction. This is not the first light at this intersection that I've seen twisted. Wind or people doing this? They should probably all be straightened & checked that they're tight.

I think the timing on this light got thrown off within the last week or two. In the morning there is now a huge traffic backup down Pearl St across he Greenway and onto Atlantic which has a chain reaction through other intersections.
