Hazardous Playground Gate Description I would like to report a potential safety hazard at this playground. On August 2, 2026, my young child was struck on the forehead when the entrance gate suddenly swung back while entering the playground. The impact caused a serious injury that required emergency medical treatment and four stitches. I am concerned that the gate and latch design may pose a risk to other children. I respectfully request that the City inspect this gate and make any necessary repairs or safety improvements to help prevent future injuries.
