    Why is Harvard university collecting parking fees on public street, Campus drive and Ivy Lane, in Allston? The area is the block with Continuum and Trader Joe’s. Street parking is quite limited in this area, I cannot image why Harvard attempts to collect parking fees … even if these public access streets are on “Harvard land” it limits the general public and is taking parking fees from the city …
