  • Broken Sidewalk

68 Tremont St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129

The sidewalks on the lower end of Tremont are dangerous and as the snow continues to fall, they're worse. We have reached out to the city for 5 years now. Please come and fix these, before someone gets hurt!

  • Domestic Animal Issue

101-113 Shandon Rd, Boston, MA 02124

Tjere is a VERY aggressive dog at night that is consistently and constantly barking at anyone who walks past the gate. It's always at night and people are constantly getting scared, scream running off, or some just refuse to walk down that gate or area (me). Nobody has been able to pass without the dog constantly getting provoked and barking aggressively without anyone doing anything but walking on a public street.

11 Walley St, East Boston, Ma, 02128

To Whom It May Concern, Today 12/29/2025 at 9:58 am, I was on the way to Suffolk subway station, and I fell on the icy sidewalk in front of The Pacer building at 11 Walley Street, East Boston, MA 02128. Please see attached pictures for the icy area next to the fire hydrant of the sidewalk. There was no salt to prevent the ice from forming due to the freezing temperature. I felt soreness on my lower body, but I was in a rush to go to work and could only ask a lady who was passing by to take a picture of me after the incident. I am still feeling sore, and I am sure that the building has video footage if they want to review the incident. This is extremely dangerous for everybody in the neighborhood, especially for the elderly as the winter is getting colder with potentially more snowstorms. I respectfully ask that the City has somebody come out and check the sidewalk of this property after snowstorms to make sure that this incident will not happen again and result in serious injuries. Thank you for your consideration.
